I need to create a form in outlook 2010 that creates a unique number each time it is activated in a field and this and a number of fields on the form export there data into a spreadsheet on the network. It is easier and configurable if it is presented as an Outlook Addon. This addon will create a custom form on your outlook. And the fields properties can be configured as well.
