I need help with drawing two data flow diagrams

ORB Health Clinic offers preventive medicine and traditional medical care. Doctors, nurses, physical therapists provide services and perform various medical procedures. Patients contact the clinic to make an appointment. The office staff will check whether they are an existing patient. If the patient is new to the clinic they will record the patient details in the patient_file. If the patient already exists in the patient file, the desk staff will record a new appointment in the appointment_file. An appointment confirmation (date, time, medical practitioner) will be sent to the patient. Patients may also reschedule or cancel an appointment. At the start of each day, the desk staff will send relevant doctors, nurses and physical therapists their appointment list for the day. Once an appointment occurs, the medical practitioner will amend the patient_file with new data. Afterwards, the desk staff will prepare an invoice using data from the patient_file, appointment_file, practitioner_list, insurance_billing_file and procedure_charge_file. The patient will be sent the completed invoice. If the patient has medical insurance a copy of the invoice is sent to the relevant insurance company. The insurance company will authorise payment for the medical appointment. If the patient does not have insurance, they will make a payment to the clinic directly.
