Write an Android/IOS application for take out and dine-in (restaurants)

Please read carefully before you bid. I need you to understand the project in detail before you bid or send your proposal to me. Freelancers with previous experience with similar project will be at advantage. The app we require is to connect a customer and a restaurant in both android and IOS both mobile and tablets. The objective:: for the customer is to enable a customer to directly order their meal/food over the app, customize their order, pay via a payment gateway or cash on delivery, track their delivery and rate the restaurant. restaurant owner:: able to manage their menus and orders from their location (multiple if they have branches), accept the order and provide a time frame of delivery and also track their deliveries ( geo locations) of their delivery trucks/bikes. Offers and deals may be posted by restaurant owners and pushed to customers via notifications either visa geolocations or pushed to all our subscribers based on the subscription package with us. The user experience should be impeccable and easy to use. social network connectivity is a must so that we can get their friends to join. A point/loyalty system should be in place for using the app to order their food. The app should also extend to reservations in a restaurant for dine-ins which the restaurant owner can confirm. We intend to have this on a subscription basis for every restaurant who wants to get on our app. Offers/recommendations by restaurants should be pushed via notifications to people via their geolocation. The above is not limited and thus we would like further improvements based on your experience and knowledge on this industry.
