Dear Sir, We have gone with the attached PDF. And we have understood what issue you are having. The way you have mentioned that APP will send the text / email to Players on scheduled time and Players will reply to that text / email with Yes / No. This is not going to work, because current versions of IOS / Android are not allowing intercept of incoming / outgoing emails, text and calls. But this can be worked out in two ways : 1. We do a responsive site instead of app, this responsive site will act same as you have mentioned in your pdf, to send the mail / text we can use services like TWILIO . In this solution you will be having a extra cost of TWILIO to use thier services. 2. Second way is that we develop the 2 apps one for Coach and one for Players. But in this case each player should have working Mobile Data plan so that app can access the internet and can pull the updates. Please reply back to start communication thread between us . Hi.. Went through your requirement to create a website or an app to track attendance of the players attending the match. For this purpose a website is a must and then an app can be made. The website will be responsive so that it can be accessed via mobile or a tablet. The functionality of the website will be that the coach/manager will enter the details of all the players that are in their team. Then prior to a match or a training session a notification will be send to the mobile of the players via website, and the players can reply yes or no via mail that will come to the website.
