iOS app developer needed to implement ready made designs into an emoji keyboard template and submit to the app store.

I'm a graphic design student from London, I'm currently looking for a talented and trusted iOS app developer to implement around 100 already made emojis and possibly a small amount of gifs into an emoji keyboard app template I have purchased and will provide. The job is pretty simple in the sense that all the developer will be required to do is create the keyboard and submit it to the app store which includes setting up and inputting all relevant information which will be provided, so that profits go to a certain account for example. This job does not require any graphic design skills because all emojis and the app icon will already have been made. I'm hoping that providing this project goes well, we will be able to work on other projects in the future and that you will be person I go to for app development. I'm interested to hear quotes on how much I will be charged for these services. I'm particularly interested in hearing from developers who can create an emoji keyboard from scratch or have a template of their own they think i'd be interested in.
