iOS bot similar application

Application idea: Interactive application, similar to telegram bot There are two part of application, the first part the application will read from excel/database file and take action accordingly. For example: The user will ask about specific word. The app will search in excel file/database and provide the user with it Further example, the user will ask about the book name The application will search in the database/excel file and provide the user with the latest book of the author. The user will ask more books for same author. The application will search the database/excel file again and find another book for same author The user will write “book name - price”. the app will search for book price in the excel/database file and provide the user with it ———————— The second part of application The user need to fill a specific format by writing or choosing between multiple choice such as Yes, No or maybe etc.. When the user finish to answer all questions the application will upload these data to a table on external location/ website If you are willing to do the project please write "hello world" in the beginning of your proposal
