In 2002 I launched some software designed to help people build and decorate fishing rods. The software is called VisualWRAP and part of that software is a spacing calculator. Earlier this year I commissioned someone to create a spacing calculator as an Android app. That app worked OK and now I want to have an equivalent iOS app written. The requirements include: 1. The app needs to implement the Taper Offset Spacing (TOS) algorithm. This is a simple algorithm which takes several inputs (two measurements, number of pattern repeats, and optional override measurement) and outputs a table of spacing values. 2. The app needs to have the same look & feel as the Android app. Doesn't need to be exactly the same, but should be reasonably similar. 3. Once the app is written and approved I wish to retain the source code for my own further use. So the deliverables are the app itself and also the source code. 4. As a minimum, it needs to run on iPhone. It would be nice to have it run on iPad as well. Having written the original software I can answer any questions about the required implementation. Hi, I'm no fisherman, but I like a good algorithm! I've had a look at your images and web links. We can discuss things further, before you make your decision. Relevant Skills and Experience I develop apps for iPhone/iPad and Mac, using Xcode and Swift. You can see examples, and client reviews, on my Freelancer profile page. You will own the completed code, and supporting documentation. TOS Calculator is a similar idea to an app I wrote called "Diamond Driller Tool Box", which passes some parameters to an algorithm, and displays a table of results. That app also uses a very simple, clean interface - the focus is on the data. It looks like you may be new to Freelancer?
