Make 1 App for 49℅ Stake in the Company

I have invested around INR 32.7 Lakhs in buying overseas literary copyrights and trademarks and am out of money to take my business to next level. So I am offering 49℅ stake in the company to any app developer or team of developers (I guess it will take an entire team) The idea will overshadow big business like Amazon, Barnes and Noble and Penguin. I like Penguin btw. And am expecting good to great returns on my investment. Even if we break evan in first 2 Years your share in the company will be worth around INR 16 lakh or above. What I need: 1) An app where people can buy available titles and read it there only(Like kindle or Nook) No downloads!!! DMCA settings. 2) An app that has settings to make titles available in specific countries. ( Countries where I am allowed to publish and market copyrighted material according to contracts with literary agencies or renowned authors) If you have read it all and you should because it's essential then write 49℅ in the start of your proposal.
