I need an app capable of extracting the biographic information from a PDF417, (name, gender, address,etc.) this information is not encrypted and it is visible by any Barcode reader app. The challenge is to read the fingerprint information included in the same barcode and compare it to the fingerprint of the person. The device is an android based terminal with a dedicated fingerprint reader FBI certified. I need to be able to validate the identity of the person using the fingerprint and save the information to a remote database; that will consolidate the collected information from the terminals ( about 30 terminals working at the same time).
