Need to create a simple html 5 app wrap inside an Iphone and android app

I need to create an app that performs following functions 1> Login the user by allowing user to enter username/pwd 2> Add other friends by sending sms/whatsapp to contacts in phone - A url that contains his username will be send that will prompt the recipient to download the app and add the user. 3> The user will be able to send notification to friends added, but the notification will always be a same text say "Yo" or a smiley - no custom text involved I have mentioned "Yo" because I want to build a very simple version of [login to view URL] try this app and I want only the above 3 points as it exist in [login to view URL] I want to build a mobile website that can be wrapped into iphone or android - I want to avoid building 2 apps (iphone,android) and I dont want to use phonegap - I assume it is possible to develop my requirement in this way.
