React Native Mobile Application + Online Database (link with PHP website)

Here's a few criteria and please only apply IF are comfortable with the conditions: - Maximum time line - 70 days from the acceptance date (can negotiate plus minus if there are reasonable procrastination due to our instructions) - Maximum budget 5000-8000 USD (please state clearly before apply, no changes after apply so do not write 5000 just to get on top of the bid and ask for 8000) - Able to meeting online at least twice a week to keep us update. - You are required to sign NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) before we hand over the full requirements list to you. Project Content: It's a mobile app that - allow users to register AS one of the 4 types of identity. (Example: User / Moderator / etc) - each identity has different restrictions on viewing and perform different functions - package plan will be applied for each identity respectively. - a marketplace to allow user purchase and also interface for vendor to upload products - most of the functions are like Instagram feed posting and displaying post in a list - option to login by SMS in Malaysia - QR scan function, linking to our website. Open QR scanner to scan on website to login and perform some VERY SIMPLE posting only. (May need your advise how we should perform on website to cope with the function you build, so that our PHP programmer can apply accordingly) - minor interactive functions as in Pinterest (long pressed to show menu for share, like, etc) - notification (push notification) That's most of the important part that we can share so far. Just do accordingly + we will brief you the logic between the interactions or rules of rendering during meetings.
