Restaurant Reaervation & Review Site

I need an iPhone/iPad app developed. I would like it designed and built. Need to have an application with similar functionalities to Opentable. Overview of project There needs to be two user interfaces. 1) For Restaurant owners that allows them to input available reservations for party size and time. And quantity of those reservations slots available. They should also be able to block out hours for times they are closed. Once it’s booked, then that reservation is removed from their end. This is drive revenue. Administrator on our end needs to be able to have a 3 tiered pricing structure and charge per member of party size. 2) The 2nd interface is for people booking on the app. They should be able to search restaurants by cuisine, price, and location. Then have ability to view available options provided by the restaurant to book/ secure that specific time slot and party size. Once secured, it is then deducted from the quantity of that specific party size and time provided by the restaurant owner. They will need to sign in with username and password to book. Once booked, they receive an email with confirmation and ability to save to their calendar. They also need to be able to review restaurants and upload pictures and videos of experience. We will need to discuss further project details.
