Develop an app that downloads music files from a website. and place them on and android device in specific folders as allocated by the website. ( Any files not on the website list needs to be deleted and and file not on the device but on the website needs to be downloaded. ) ever 30 min a log file needs to be uploaded to the website. This an needs to run in the background and need to run 24 hours a day 7 days a week. if it stops it needs to auto start again.
