Write Basic GIG MARKET APP for iPhone/iPad/android -- 2

Please show me your work when bidding. I would like a gig market app building. The app does NOT need to deal with payment and should therefore be very simple. It's a basic market place where jobs are uploaded and accepted by providers. We will separatey use PayPal or go careless to deal with payments There will be two different user groups Who will register to use the app. The first type of user group will be "service seekers". When they register, They will need to provide their company name, address, email address, contact name, telephone number, postcode in the UK, type of [login to view URL] they have registered, they will then not be able to access the app until the administrator has approved their registration. We shall approve their registration once they have paid as a membership fee. Their membership will either be for one month and will cancel unless the administrator renews the membership. The administrator should have an ability to set when somebody's membership is to expire (and there should be automatically generated emails sent to the user of their membership is due to expire). The other type of user is "service provider". These service providers will be notified if a service seeker in their local area is wanting somebody to provide a service for them. When a service provider registers, a service provider will need to provide their company name, address, contact details, telephone number, email address, contact name, and their postcode in the UK. And the postcode is very important as this will allow the app to understand which service providers are closed to which service seekers. once they have registered, they will then not be able to access the app until the administrator has approved their registration. We shall approve their registration once they have paid as a membership fee. Their membership will either be for one month and will cancel unless the administrator renews the membership. The administrator should have an ability to set when somebody's membership is to expire (and there should be automatically generated emails sent to the user). When a service seeker has listed a job which needs to be provided for, the service providers will be notified via the app and an email will be circulated to nearby providers that a job has been listed in their area. Service providers will then be able to respond to the job and accept that they will provide the job. Immediately on accepting the job, the first service provider will be allocated the job and the job will be no longer available for providers to show an interest in. The job will re-show as available if the service seeker selects that it does not wish that the allocated service provider provides the service. In that case, the job will be made re available and other providers will be able to show an interest by accepting job.
