I have 20+ years of experience in eLearning industry I have been working with eLearning content development and LMS development over these years. I had worked with different types of LMS and been extensively worked with Moodle for the last 16+ years. I had installed, customized, configured, upgraded Moodle for 200+ customers across the globe over these years. I had integrated Moodle with many third party platforms as requested by many clients via SSO(Single Sign On). I had integrated Moodle with Wordpress, CRM, ERP, SAP and many other systems. I had installed BBB for many customers and customized it for them completely as per their requirement.

Since December last year, I've done over 25 BigBlueButton installations for people all over the world. I can whitelabel the BBB instance and also help you configure it with moodle. I have expertise related to BBB and Moodle integration. I can actually offer this to you for around $600. You will need to provide the server (VPS) which I'll help you choose based on your budget and BBB's minimum requirements. For Moodle, you can use a webhost or a VPS - I would prefer a VPS. I have experience working on GCP, AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean, Linode and so on, so we can discuss regarding which one would be the best considering the budget and the geographical location of your BBB users. In case you are looking for minimum server requirements for BBB - on DigitalOcean you can do it for a flat rate of $40 a month. Check their droplets with 8 GB RAM, and 4 vCPUs For Moodle, we can do with 2 GB RAM and 1 vCPU, therefore the minimum would be $10/month, however I'd recommend going for a 4 GB RAM VPS which will cost $20 a month.
