DOC, RTF, PDF, XLS, etc. Indexer (C#, VB, .NET)

I need classes for the .NET Framework (preferably C#) written to index DOC, RTF, XLS and PDF files. You can do this by converting to a common file-type (e.g. PDF) and then indexing that, or by writing parsing tools for indexing each file-type. The "indexing" I mean is just providing the content in text format (the classes will only be used to parse, indexing will be a separate component, which you can work on if you want after completing the project). Important is that no third-party components are used unless approved by me and that there is no need for Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat or any other similar software to be installed on the machine (this includes printer drivers, etc). I will pay a bonus is you make use of converting to PDF and offer the conversion as a separate class (so that a file can be uploaded to an ASP.NET website and downloaded as PDF) - if the component is of high quality. Note that I would like this system to be as modular as possible, so that other file-types can later be added. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform .NET Framework (please make it compatible with the Mono Project if possible).
