SOCIAL NETWORK - Script or Custom .NET, or PHP

We need a social network site. Site can be either a script install or a custom site. We prefer .NET but it can be PHP also. The main thing is that the site must be customizable so code must be provided or it must be open source. We need all the basic features of a social network site with the following: - Members must be able to create private groups - Must be able up upload pictures and videos. - Can not have a brand of a 3rd party script or any referance to a 3rd party. Site must have our own brand name. - Would like to have a map with "location of users" at lease city and state - Would also like a section to insert banner ads.
