Home Page and 10-page web site - repost

Introduction: This is an offer to develop the home page of a 10-page site. In order to find the perfect programmer/web designer suited to our needs, we wish to simply commission the home page for now. If we are satisfied with the work and the collaboration, we will go ahead and commission the rest of the site. Main characteristics: Responsive, Video background, CMS platform allows every component to be updated (videos, images, fonts, texts, menu's, language, etc.), double language, the layout is provided as an Adobe Fireworks document, Menu's never has more than two levels Technical skills: HTML5, CSS3, CMS, PHP/ASP, Java, JQuery, Adobe Fireworks Home page description: Static image while loading background video (picture 1) Once loaded, video in background is looped Three main page boxes are transparent over the video Menu bar is transparent over the video Font text has to be embedded Center box has a slideshow of 3 images looping and each leads to its own page The final web version has to be EXACTLY like the graphic layout (precise to the pxl) The grey bar on the bottom will be code The elements on the grey bar are links The menu will be code (picture 2) The half moon elements will be images (not code) The boxes will be code The text hovering over the boxes will be png images (not code) The preferences menu (gear - top right) - (picture 3) - The semi-circle appears by sliding from the top - It's a menu of global control of audio, video and site language - The graphic elements are embedded within the semi-circle
