Customize goal management script

I have a script which provides goal managment options for users. A. I would like to add additional data/values within the form. This includes: 1. Vision for goal -text area 2. Reasons/significance of goal- text area Etc. B. Upload pictures/images related to goals. C.I n manage goals section include an area for 1. Weekly review (progress and challenges). 2. Weekly reflection on goal status/progress. B. Customers to purchase monthly subscriptions for 0-5 users, 6-10 users, 11-20 users and over 20 users c. Instant message/chat function to be added. I have a few chat scripts available (don't know if they can be used though), if coder doesn't already have.
