Dear Sirs, We are a UK based concern, looking to outsource work on a competitive basis to any company or individuals skilled in (medium level) programming with Macromedia Flash and having a good comprehension of the English language. We have work produced to a monthly deadline, which we would like to offer on an ongoing basis. The work involves programming lectures marketed by us to various UK professions. These lectures are Macromedia Flash presentations and supplied on the Internet and by CD-ROM. Generally the lectures run for between 10-20 minutes.
## Deliverables
Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details. Should a dispute arise and this project go into arbitration "as is", the contract's vagueness might cause it to be interpreted against you, even though you were acting in good-faith. So for your protection, if you are interested in this project, please work-out and document the requirements onsite.
In this email we have supplied Internet links to a directory showing how the work would be supplied. One of these lectures in all stages of programming is available for download and inspection.
The files are as follows: <[login to view URL]>

The stages of programming are as follows:
1. You will receive a PowerPoint presentation of the general layout of the lecture with directions on layout and clipart to use.
2. You will receive a sound file, which needs to be edited to remove the lecturer’s instructions, mistakes, stuttering etc to produce a clear flowing narrative.
3. Flash template supplied to import the sound files and create the lecture.
4. We will review lectures and send any amends, which you complete and then return finished lectures to us.
Hopefully the above files will give a clear understanding of what is involved. We would like to develop an efficient system for producing these lectures. If this is possible we can guarantee a regular supply of work in the short-term with an enormous potential demand in the near future.
If the above is of interest to you or your company please reply with any questions and we can arrange the completion of a trial lecture, and discuss terms.
Yours faithfully,
Mr [login to view URL]

Thank you to all of you who sent a demo lecture.
We are still deciding who to choose. Sorry this is taking so long but we had far more interest in the project than anticipated.
Once again thank you all for your time
