PART 1:
I am looking for someone that can build (and possibly upgrade and maintain in the future) a web based script that a Realtor or house seller can complete once, and have the data populate multiple public "house for sale" websites.
There are hundreds of free sites online that allow a home seller to post their house information on. They can put the details like how many bedrooms/baths, square footage, selling price, pictures and contact information. Potential buyers visit these sites to get information and shop for houses for sale.
I would like you to create a piece of software that can automatically populate and complete the forms on many of these sites after only completing the process once on a web form.
Most of the sites DO require that the user login before posting, although some (few) do not. If possible, having a script that can create those logins would be preferred, but it is NOT required. However, it IS required that the software DOES login to each site automatically before posting the house information.
