Steam PHP Widget

Hi there, I need someone to develop in PHP + mySQL a "widget" for me. I need to have an online version of the Steam Friends list but only showing online users. The status and ID of the user will be stored in a database. Here are the database details: Database table: phpbb_users Steam ID Field: steamid (17 digital number) Steam Online Status field: steamstatus ("online" or "offline") If the online status = "online" then include the user in the widget - the widget is to be height: 520px, width: 230px, with the overflow being vertical scroll bar. Here is an image of how I want each user's status to look - must look very similar (note: transparent game logo): [login to view URL] There must be an Add Friends icon (feel free to add an appropriate icon) that has a url of: steam://friends/add/{steamid} = steam://friends/add/76561197972634749 To grab the info for the module, use the steamid from the database and throw it into this url: [login to view URL]{steamid}?xml=1 = [login to view URL] The xml returns everything you need. profile -> steamID returns the user's name profile -> stateMessage returns what game they are playing and their status. profile -> inGameInfo -> gameName returns the current game being played, and profile -> inGameInfo -> gameLogo returns the current game being played logo (for the background) So in the end, if there are 5 users online in the database, there would be 5 user modules listed. If there are no users in the database with "online" in the steamstatus field then there would be no modules listed. The list should update every 3 minutes. You can make the PHP for it and I can throw it into a cron. Must be supported in all major browsers: ie7,ie8,firefox,safari,chrome. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thanks Brandon
