Table based HTML/CSS work and little flash

Hi All, I need PSD files to be converted to table based HTML/CSS work. there is small flash portfolio display on the home page. Pls read requirement carefully before bidding. 1] There are 5 main sections- Home page/ corporate info/ services/ portfolio/ contact us each main section has 4-5 inside pages but with similar design n less changes. Like services will have print/branding/websites/multimedia etc. 2] you will take care of html/css/java script if required, interactivity and navigational links activation. 3] Small piece of flash animated portfolio display Images with different category will come n go. flash XML required so images can be modified or added in future. this has to be very creative and important part so pay more attention to it. 4]HTML has to be flexible in terms of adding more content, edition etc. All PSD designs will be provided but may need additional need with design/colors, mouse overs etc. that you ll help us.
