Website template with adsense, clickbank

I need a custom niche website template that incorporates google adsense and click bank (commission junction, ebay, amazon, and other affiliate feeds or links possible depending on price). I am looking for a template that is easy to modify by myself once done, preferably in FrontPage (instructions to change what I describe below must be included).
