Flash Drag And Drop

Hello, I am looking for an actionscript developer that can create an interface where users can set the background color, put in text, and then drag and drop/upload images to an area. This is a really simple image, but should give you a good idea of what I am going for. <[login to view URL]> Then they need to be able to press "save" and it saves the location of everything that they have created (so that they can go back and edit it later) Then, on another part of the site, the swfs that the have created need to be able to be displayed. Every user will appear to have their own swf. I need to pass the swf an identifying variable and that will tell it which content to load. So, maybe the best way is to use xml, where each user basically has their own xml file? Maybe a database and flash remoting? Maybe even flex? I'm not sure... this isn't my area of expertise. The server that this is going to be on supports asp and ColdFusion. If you have to use a serverside language, ColdFusion is much preferred, but I am flexible if you are the right fit. This is a definite project that needs to be finished in a couple of weeks, so only serious bidders please. I am willing to go higher than the max amount if you really think you can do an outstanding job. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Flash, Actionscript, ASP, ColdFusion, Whatever you need to make it work (but no php).
