Insurance Company Flash Intro

This should be an easy one for you Flash gurus - I need a Flash intro. The fla is supplied and the audio track laid. You can see it at <[login to view URL]> The client wants an elegant fade or dissolve (I've included the high res pics so a pan-and-scan would really work well) Also included is the text he wants overlaid on the photos and the delay time between the changeovers. Keep in mind "elegant" is preferred over some mind blowing text effect, let the music match and photos match the text and mood. I am providing the fla and all photos, but the file is nearly 24mb and beyond what RAC can handle.
