Simple website & invoice generating landing page for Adwords

Hi Freelancers, We need to build simple corporate website for an oil and gas company, of no more than 5 or 6 pages (no special functionality) but it must look "world class". You might need to enhance the supplied by the company as the quality is a little poor. We also need a landing page for another site (which belongs to a web design company) which is currently running Google adwords/Facebook adverts. The site is k-u-i-p-e-r-d-e-s-i-g-n-s.c-o-m (remove the dashes). The k-u-i-p-e-r-d-e-s-i-g-n-s.c-o-m (remove the dashes) site already has a simple content management system to change the content on the site. We should be able to change the content of the this Google Adwords /Facebook adverts landing page (which is just an additional page to the k-u-i-p-e-r-d-e-s-i-g-n-s.c-o-m [remove the dashes]site). The preferred bid is one which will deliver the landing page in a day and the website in only a few days. You might need to source for good images of tankers etc..as the quality of the ones provided by client is poor. Total budget for these 2 jobs is $150. Thanks.
