Java Applet Modifications

1) merge attached applet with the mediaframe video applet (latest stable release as found on [login to view URL] ) It is GPL so we can modify the code in any way we see fit. 2) remove license check so that it does not require a new domain "key" every 6 months 3) add download code (as found in zip file which will be uploaded upon completion). download and execution of .exe should not begin for x number of seconds (passed in parameter). 4) catch any security exceptions from the download/execution portion of applet so that if the user has not accepted the security certificate a publicly available javascript object/data/information/event becomes available (i'm flexible. i just dont want the java errors to appear in the applet itself, and if a user has not accepted the security certificate we need to give them additional information on the web page which i can do if i have access to some type of javascript data) 5) i will provide you with a code signing certificate. the applet and cab files need to be signed with it so that the applet security works properly with both mozilla and ie browsers. I would like it if you could provide step by step code signing instructions so that if we ever need to change the security certificate we can do so on our own. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
