Web App (Google App Engine) with Android App – Proof of Concept

Have you got experience developing apps with the Google App Engine and also in developing Android Apps? I want to work with a talented developer to initially put together some technical aspects of a concept - that is this project. Once that is complete you will also be invited to work on the follow up project where the project will be developed in greater depth. The focus here is not on a nice interface...its proving that we can achieve the technical components. Here is what is required: **Web App Using Google app Engine:** This will be developed using youtube apis where appropriate: 1. 1. Members to register using google account (the account will only be needed at this stage by those who upload videos - you won't need an account to view or play videos) 2. 2. Allow upload of video files 3. 3. Simple interface that lists uploaded videos 4. 4. Player to play any of the videos when selected **Android App** This app will connect to the web app above and have a simple interface that allows users to view list of uploaded videos. It will also have a player that allows the user to play a selected video. As stated above I am happy for Youtube and other apis to be used to achieve most of the core features.
