Magento Extension: Real Estate Management System

I would like to create a Real Estate Management System extension for Magento. The website should look almost similar to [login to view URL] Requirements: All the pages should be almost similar to [login to view URL] in terms of design and functionality so even if I haven't mentioned the functionality below you should assume that this project requires all the functionality of [login to view URL], for e.g, Search box, product list page, product detail page, Search refine tool in left side, create listing page, customer dashboard etc. It should be created as an installable extension which should be compatible with Magento Community and Enterprise (most of the versions) and it should follow the Magento Standard so it's very easy to make future update in new Magento Version. Disable the Shopping cart checkout process and make it work similar to [login to view URL] The searchbox and search refine tool should be able to update from the admin by adding new attributes or editing existing.
