SMS bolt-on for LUBScript V.1 - Reverse Auction Script

We are looking for an experienced script writer to write a bolt-on Text/SMS script (PHP) for a Reverse Auction Application (namely LUBScript V.1 available from [login to view URL]) The bolt-on script will allow users/bidders to text in via mobile phone and to place bids on existing auctions. The system will keep the user informed by sending SMS back to their phone with auction status information such as if it is NOT the lowest-unique, it should reply indicating whether "the BID is unique but there are XX lower-unique bids", If it is NOT the lowest nor unique, it should reply saying "you are not the lowest and there are XX lower-unique bids". The script should be able to trigger alerts, so that when a person is currently the "lowest-unique" and some other person places an even lower unique, an alert is sent to the current unique bidder etc. People using the Text/SMS service should be able to have basic registration privileges, where they can place basic information into the subscription (mobile number, email address and/or name) and be notified when a lower-unique bid is placed. The bidding message and the alert should interface with SMS Studio or equivalent application (TBA). The person or company bidding for this project must be able to demonstrate their ability to build this bolt-on application and supply referrals if necessary of previous similar work. Preference will be given to developers who have already completed a similar sucessful project. No chancer's please. Time to delivery is 4-6 weeks with go-live on 1st October 2007.
