Create Joomla / Virtuemart script that generates file on the fly

I am using Joomla with Virtue mart and CSVI imprt module to import my digital (download) product. Currently when a customer pays, he is taken to a download page where he can download the file. This is where the modification begins. You make the ProductGeneration script - When a customer buys instead of showing the static file download on the download page (whatever the standard Virtuemart process)- You show a link to the dymanic PDF file which you generated on the fly. other then the download link, the download page should be editable by me and access only to customer. An example Html template and final output pdf sample will be provided. Then you modify, How the products get on the site - I import downloadable product that I sell using CSVI for virtue mart. Its basically a CSV file that goes though the CSVI module where you set the feild map, etc. I will give you the one used now to import digital products. You use that format and are going to add two new columns (URL and URL to HTML TEMPLATE). In the system You would make a new product type called (Instant Access). You will make 2 extra columns in the CSVI import file that I use which will be 1) a URL and 2) a URL to an html template( The URL is unique for each row/product and will be inserted in the the html template then you convert the entire thing to PDF and give to customer on the fly). The Imprt template you create gets set ito CSVI admin panel and is ready to be selected when each time I access CSVI to import more products or modify products. This would complete the system and this is the project. You will need experiecne with php, mysql for the database work and the pdf generation will be using domPDF which may need to be installed to complete the project.
