Issue explained from Hosting Company: For security reasons, our email server is no longer accepting open relayed email from any unauthenticated server sending such as Web based SMTP. SOLUTIONS advised to be carried for this fix: 1) The outgoing server must be configured to send through [login to view URL] and the SMTP Authentication must be enabled. What happened is a Joomla 1.7 site with a contact and small sales form is no longer working due to a change in the server we are hosting with. What you will need to do is fix this problem. FTP access will be provided for this fix. Its a small problem and we have a small budget for this. Kindly quote and we can move forward.
