Site Modifications in PHP, MYSQL,CSS

Customization of Existing php, mysql, and paypal payment code to have our website function the way we want before we launch the site for new users in the public. We have already made many customization changes for the site but need some core changes that require experience beyond our capabilities primarily in php,mysql, payment system/affiliate system. The site is an Entrepreneur Social Network site and thus is running on social network software but need it customized to a look and function geared torward Entrepreneurs. Their profile consists of "basic", "Personal", "Professional" which is visible to other users. We dont need all three we feel some of the info. is redundant in their profile which needs to be eliminated. We do want user to be able to put their website url in text box and only show in “professional?? part of profile at top of list as a dynamic active link to their site. Also tighten up users profile as there is lots of white space. 2) Test, Fix and or customize PayPal payment method on join page and in users account if they wish to upgrade to "Enhanced Site Features". Currently They have to enter an amount they wish to deposit with the site but the paypal payment link is not creating this amount dynamically instead admin has to set the amount manually in the paypal code. We need to fix this so the payment amount entered is dynamically created by users input and payment successful with billing amount showing in users account and admin recieves payment in our paypal account. 3) Test and fix if nesscary, the integrated paypal payment system with the Events system so users can post events for a a fee. 4) make sure that the affiliate/referal system is tracking and working correctly. 5) Add red bold lettering on join page and in users account for words "Enhanced Site Features" 6) Fix error when user posts a bulletin to everyone in their network. This is in the users message center. It appears that an Internal server error happens when user sends a bulletin, however people in the senders network can see the bulletin that was sent and vice versa. 7) modify “rate?? system to replace with entrepreneur type of ratings. Replace Physique: Personality: Style: Profile: Replace above With:Video: Event: Website: Group: 8) Show realtime global statistics via graph for daily,weekly,monthly top network producers of registered friends added in users network. (because we want to have contests and give prizes) This way everyone can see and compete against each other for top position.
