HIPAA ANSI X12 EDI 5010 development

We are looking for a software developer who have fully developed software code in Perl or PHP or Java or CommonJS (JavaScript with Mozilla Rhino or Google V8 based implementations ) for HIPAA ANSI X12 EDI 5010 development and integration that is proven and already working in production environment. Your software code should do the following tasks. Task1 Realtime Eligibility check 270/271 The application should read all the required data for Eligibility check from our Mysql database and construct X12 270 (5010) and send the 270 data to Clearing house/Insurance companies server using web service communication and capture the 271 response data, process/parse it and update the eligibility information to Mysql DB under respective heads and also return the necessary responses to the front end web application in a proper format. All activities must be logged. The developer should create the required DB schema and make sure that it has all required fields for the above purpose. Task 2 Batch Eligibility check 270/271 The application should read all the required data for Eligibility check from Mysql database for one or more selected records and construct X12 270 (5010) and send the 270 data to Clearing house/Insurance companies sftp server. Your program should grab the 271 response from the server, process/parse it and update the eligibility information to Mysql DB under respective heads. Necessary logging should be there in place for the entire process. The developer should create the required DB schema and make sure that it has all required fields for the said purpose. Task 3 Claim submission (837) and ERA processing (835). Your application should read all the required data for claim submission from Mysql database for one or more selected records and construct X12 837 (5010) and send that 837 data to Clearing house/Insurance companies sftp server. Upon receiving responses (ERA 835) for those submitted Claims, the program should process/parse those X12 835 and post the parsed date to Mysql DB under respective heads for further processing. The program should create 837 data for all applicable levels (Primary, secondary etc..) and should process 835 data from all applicable levels (Primary, secondary etc..) Necessary logging should be there in place for the entire process. The developer should create the required DB schema and make sure that it has all required fields for the said purpose. Task 4 Claim Status Inquiry (CSI) 276/277 The application should read all the required data for CSI check from Mysql DB and construct X12 276 (5010) and send the 276 data to Clearing house/Insurance companies server using web service communication and capture the 277 response data, process it and update the CSI information to DB and also return the necessary response to the front end application. Necessary logging should be there in place for the entire process. The developer should create the required DB schema and make sure that it has all required fields for the said purpose. Task 5 Processing of Functional Acknowledgement 999 and 277CA (Claims Acknowledgement).
