WordPress Theme Customizations - Custom Post Type Submissions

I have a sports league website running an updated themeforest theme and special sports plugin (SportsPress) that require some customizations which are a bit past my web development skill level. The theme is the Directory Theme from [login to view URL] ( [login to view URL] ) with additional plugins installed. Currently, the theme installs a custom Directory post type which users can access and manage (create,edit,delete posts) through a special themed back-end for registered users. Since I've setup additional plugins (Events, and SportsPress) with their own custom post types, I want to allow access to those post types added through the same back-end from the theme. Events+ allows users to create Event post types (site-wide). SportsPress allows users to create: Teams, Players, Events (NOT same as Events+ above), Calendars. What I need is for someone to be able to understand the theme's documentation (attached as [login to view URL]) on how to add custom post types to the back-end theme framework provided for users so they can add in the ones from the plugins and allow users to edit and manage the content they create. I have attached some screenshots and the theme's documentation to help explain. I have more custom plugins I'm looking for pending on how well these are preformed for this website.
