67227 Resume/CV Validation Site

I need a full site and database creating to enable job seekers and companies to use CV/Resume validation service. In essence the site will have two sides 1) will allow people to send in their CV's for validation. We will validate the details such as address, employment references etc and award an online certificate to the validated CV. The user will be able to include the certificate and add the validate seal to their cv when they submit it to a company. The company in receipt of this will be able to check the validation and comments by logging into the site with the validation code. The process of validating the CV will be chargeable to the job seeker. 2) Will allow companies to validate CV's of prospective employees, again this is chageable but to the company. We will do the verification and the report will be available online for the company to view. The admin side would need to be able to add results of references etc to the database and create certificates and seals etc for the CV's.
