547462 Tweet Deck - Clone

I am looking for a programmer/developer/company to create a Tweet Deck type clone. My partner and I are currently looking to outsource the development of our project. We are looking to build an application similar to that of Tweet Deck ([login to view URL]). Tweet Deck is an application that lets you manage several different Twitter/Facebook accounts from one location. Obviously, we will not put our idea on an open forum but, if you can develop a site similar to that, you can surely implement our idea. We prefer PHP coders but, Ruby/Python is okay as well.
