Dear Sirs, we are a translation house based in Poland. We have a php (cake php) based webapp covering the processes in our company. Unfortunatelly it is not completed and we cannot use it. The programmers, who developed it are not freelancers any more and connot finish the job. Almost the whole workflow (from getting the text [to be translated] from a customer to issuing an invoice for the job) is ready and working. We also did some testing. But we have a lot of new ideas and some work needs to be done before we can use it. Now we are looking for a company or freelancer who is able to finish the job.
