Finish a php-xml-mysql spanish site.

I need a developer to finish a site developed at 60%. The site have 6 sections: 3 sections with fixed text over xml, 3 sections over text on MySQL. The sections over xml are developed. I need a backoffice for this sections and develop the others 3 secctions with the mysql content. I will provide the code php, xml and the data base Mysql. There are two points for create new table on MySql. The deadline for the public version is 15/11/11 and the backoffice 20/11/11. It's very important to finish in this dates, if you don't think that can finish on the date, please do not bid on the job. The language of site is spanish, it's a plus if you speak spanish.
