Word Press Plug In Needed

I need an expert in building Wordpress Plug Ins. I have Mulitple Websites that need the same type of ordering pages for customers to order screen printed t-shirts [login to view URL] order pages consist of customer choosing shirt color,ink color,print locations,pricing fields and matrix. You can see an example of our older site [login to view URL]://[login to view URL]://[login to view URL] the page needs these variables...... We need the page to perform exactly as you can see in this example. When the customer select shirt color on a swatch the shirt changes to that color and when they select ink color text on the shirt says "Ink Color" in the chosen color. You must please look very close to this example as although we want a more modern look it needs to perform the same functions EXACTLY and then checking out in a PayPal shopping cart. We need a solution that we can load into our sites by ourselves with full instructions or manual being written for us. We prefer a Wordpress plug in that we can drop in and load like any usual plug in. However we are open to other solutions as long as the end result is the same and we can easily accomplish loading this plug in to to other Word Press Plug Ins.
