Development Architecture

Greetings everyone, We are trying to start out on the right foot by finding the proper development architecture. I have attached a picture title [login to view URL] and a word document title [login to view URL] in a zip file titled “RAC Advice??. The word document is a detailed spec for explanation of how the webpage will function and the GUI can be seen in LUMyUnits.png. This is one of two hundred of pages to be created, and we are wondering what approach should be taken, should it be 1 tier, 2 tier, 3 tier, 4 tier? What development layers should be contained in the tiers? What other concerns should we have? We would like to hear your advice. Also please notice another zip file title “PK Advice?? these files where created by an outsourcing company by looking at the same spec “LUMyUnits.doc. We are wondering if they used an efficient architecture, what could be done to improve the chosen architecture? The end result of this bid we like to have -A detailed word document explaining what the best architecture for developing the 200 webpages would be. - A word document analyzing the architecture used by the outsourcing company to create the [login to view URL] spec. This bid is not for one person, we are hoping to hear a wide range of feedback and in result will accept all bidders who have put a full effort response.
