Outsourcing

Outsourcing: We are an environmental engineering firm seeking assistance in a variety of tasks - 1. We operate a web base scheduling system whereby our jobs are posted for staff and clients to access. We wish to outsource the task of A) schedule monitoring (verifying data/results are posted within 24 hrs; B) crew optimization (evaluting the nature & location of our jobs and proposing a schedule to reduce travel time, etc.); C) posting new jobs on the schedule. 2. Result posting: Our techs e-mail their test results daily. After some training from us, we wish to have an outsourcer A) compile the data into a standard report format, B) provide basic quality control, & 3) post the results on our web page. 3. Compile general information our staff collect into draft generic reports. We have templates for our standard reports - environmental assessments, tank inspections, spill plans, corrosion reports, etc. etc which simplies means taking raw field data, placing into various template report sections, and creating a draft report for client use. We're promoting "client service" and "service delivery". Ideally, the outsourcer would be available to process the daily information gathered by our field staff, transposing this raw data into draft reports and schedule optimization/monitoring, during our off hours so that a client can have a report prepared within 24 hours of field service completion. Presently, we operate 5 field crews with each crew servcing 2 clients a day. Everthing is done via email and web, so I'm hoping this is the right place to post this request. We will provide training and monitor the effectiveness of this outsourcing program. It may help if the outsourcer has some background in environmental assessments, &/or corrosion, &/or petroleum services. But the basic skill - taking raw data and turning it into template reports - can be completed by anyone with a sound education. ## Platform Data is collected in either Microsoft Excel or Word. Our reports are also in Excel or Word. Report are created and then transposed into a PDF format for posting on our web page. Client access reports from the web.
