Need PHP programmer to work on Twitter PHP software

I am wanting to add a couple features to a Twitter software of mine that is PHP based. If you PM me, I will show you where the php software is located along with login for you to see it. The features that I am wanting done are pretty simple. - First. I want a feature to allow the twitter users to add more then one twitter account to their membership. - Second. I would like a admin tweet feature. A feature where, I, as the admin can set some tweets on a loop to go out (Ever 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, etc) to have a tweet go out to ALL twitter accounts that are added into the program of all members. Then on the memberside, I would like to have it where the user can uncheck this feature. If unchecked, it will not have a tweet sent out on that account. Thats it! After these are done, I got a couple others. So this work is re occuring work. Please bid reasonable.
