Enhancement to existing Outlook macro(repost)

Goals: To enhance an existing Outlook VBA macro to enhance one exisitng function and add a new function. Must work with Outlook 2000 on Windows 98SE. Currently: One of the macro functions is to take a series of emails, extract the customer name and email address from the contents, and create a "mail merge" email from this info which is placed into the Outbox. The original email is left unchanged. Enhancement 1: One field of the email is the referrer field, labeled "Custom Field 1:" Sometimes, this data will be encrypted. The encryption is simple. Each char in the text is converted into its ASCII number in hex and a 'g' is appended ('a' becomes '61g'. If "Custom Field 1:" exisits and is encrypted, I would like for the above macro to also edit the original email message and replace the encrypted "Custom Field 1:" with the unencrypted "Custom Field 1:" and then save the changed email and overwrite the original. Currently, one of the macro functions is to parse a series of emals and create a report containing usernames and associated email addresses in a tab delimted fromat readable by excel. Enhancement 2: Given a list of emails to process, I would like to generate a new report, Tab delimited and readable by Excel, as shown in the attached document. This report will be a new function and should have a new button in the macro window. I need to be able to choose the name and location of this report. I will supply the exsting macros to qualified coders. Please tell me about your relevant experience. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
