Email Reminder

Hello, For security reasons, I need an email reminder software for PC's using Windows operating systems and internet explorer. During install the user is prompted for an email address (which will be the email reminder target). An email will then be sent to this address the next time the PC goes online unless a user defined keyboard key has been pressed during startup. It would be optimal if this software was resistant to hard disk formatting, much like a worm, and installed itself as invisibly as possible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform All standard Windows O.S.
