187267 Fix and Update Website

We are Company the Sale business Cards I Download a website script for free that has good futures but need a little help from a programmer. This script is already install and is working I talk to the owner of this script about the changes and he say he does not have time to do it. So he authorize me to have a programmer and change the script. We need to create a page in admin panel where admin can order a graphic designs to any of the graphic designer that are going to be register in this site from many countries something like my [login to view URL] but for graphic designers. For Example I want to place a new order I click new Order and I have to have a form Where I can select what is what I want to order for example Business Cards, Postcards, Flyer's Etc. Been able to add products on admin panel After selecting the type of product that I want to order type the information for the design like clients name Name, Address, City, Zip,Phones, Fax, Email etc. A cople of line or a box where we can put more details about the design after that 4 file uploads so we can sent images if we need to the graphic designer Then select which of all the graphic designers is going to get this new order. and Graphic designer to get a email with the new order news. so he con go in to the site and see the rest of the details. where he can download the images that admin sent to him or her. We need to be able to keep track of that order and see the status of the order in admin panel all the time. this graphic designers are groin to be moving the order status for example pending, done,or please download. Admin is going to be getting all the orders by downloading them when they are ready. Admin been able to deleted the orders or comments about the order that they are working on I don't know if they can have like serial number where we can sent a message and select which order We are talking about so we can work together in the projet the main thing on this site is to be able to give work out for the designers and been able to keep track of all the orders. sent files to the and receive files from them in a organize way. admin now can contact members but members are not able to contact admin. we need to implement in admin the PM Messages I don't know how difficult can be to add like a check mark to the orders for specific programs and select the wants that I want to pay and install a button to send money to them for the work that they have done for us and mark them as paid. I have a problem now with the script that does not display the images with the mouse over we really don't need this future you can disable this from the script. Second when you are uploading a image of files big, some time gives you errors or when you are downloading them you get errors but never with small images. We need to be able to upload big files and download them not in zip format We need a bar that show the % percent that is uploading and we need to change the template is to old I have a template install in [login to view URL] see if you can install this one and use the same colors I Please check the website that I'm talking about.
