Joomla VirtueMart Customization

Simply stated, I have Joomla 1.0 and the VirtueMart ecommerce shopping cart componenet. I want to customize the component so that it will do the following: 1) Will still accept standard regular orders of products and also allow customers to register to be put on a special list for the product. 2)Institute a graph (In the form of a thermometer) that will gauge "how hot" a list is and have it update dynamically. 3)Create/modify scripts to compute the new product price based upon where the customer resides on the list. 4)And to create/modify scripts for admin/backend to be able to control the modifications or new scripts. The only thing is that I need this project finished and final by no later than November 30, 2008. At first I was hesitant to accept bids from remote locations but what the heck, all bidders welcome but if you are remote I want the guy/girl I pick to speak and understand english well enough so that there are no communications barriers. Also, if the project is completed on-time, with as little stress and frustration as possible, and I am pleased with this work, I will send a bonus check roughly 4-6 weeks after completion and my possibly work out an ongoing contract for further updates and upgrades of this site. I must warn you, the stuff I wish to be intergrated into this site is a bit "unusual" so that is why the communication between you and me must be clear or this is not going to work out. I know LAMPS but not on a level where I will be able to finish this before deadline. Also, I have added the latest mod_php to the modules. Good luck and let the bidding begin.
