Interimz is a new provider of interim and contract resources to the UK and EU financial services market. A website needs to be designed and built that will appeal to individuals and business searching for these resources. This is a simple requirement to design and deliver: Home Page; Assignments; Interimz; Knowledge Base; About Us; Contact Us. A members area is required to be able to load, view and request jobs and candidate profiles. Features: - The website is effectively a very basic recruitment website. A site visitor should be able to see details of the business (home page); about us, contract summary (assignments) and summary interim / contractor details (interimz). The knowledge base is blog and articles repository. White content can be provided on request. Full details of assignments or candidates should not be available until registration / login. - The site should contain a registration feature (membership area for registered users) for interimz and employers (clients), which should contain forgot password and Captcha functionality. This should also incorporate a secure password re-set functionality for registered users. - New users are expected to agree to the web site terms and conditions i.e. tick box prior to agreeing to sign up. All new accounts are subject to site moderation (by site admin) prior to access to the members area and display in the interimz or assignments pages. Employee accounts can have instant access. - Registered users should be able to see additional content depending on their user type: (1) admin; (2) client; (3) interimz - Site Admin: Manage full site functionality; Manage employer and interim profiles; post new jobs; load new interims and post details; email management - new to site; new role; re-set password; update profile reminder - Interimz: manage personal profile; change password; search jobs (full listing), latest news; access blog, apply for jobs (simple email notification to admin) - Client: Management profile; change password; search summary candidate details; request candidate details; upload and post new assignment (subject to moderation by site admin) Reference sites and features should be considered within the build: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] Notes: - The website should be designed and delivered using wordpress. Existing plugins can be used to enhance the site functionality but should not complicate the build and maintenance of the site. - The theme used must be responsive (multi device compatible) - Cross browser compatible - URL friendly links (pretty links) - On page SEO optimization - Social media - Email communication integrated - Build in SEO and Google analytics integrated - 100% bug free, W3c compliant...etc - Site must be unique and original. No copies. - All IP and complete code pass across with the completed design. Payment will be made in 3 parts: - Delivery and agreement of design - Delivery of system tested website for UAT - Approval of website/project and formal passing over of code Please ask any questions.
