Webdevelopment with Ktemplates and PHP

Hello, im looking for a PHP Programmer with strong skills in Webdesigning. He will design and programm my social networking platfrom further and make the completion for make it live. He must have very strong skills in Ktemplates, knows what is ktemplates and how he can work on it. Additional he must have very strong experience in webdesign and will be able to show me some esthetic references - He will create new PSD if it will be necessary from the available Design, assume the style, programm the html/css at the suggestion of me - He will create the psd and will program the source code at the suggestion of me - He will assume the available source code, program the source further, sometimes program them from the scracth to implement into the creating psd - He will bring the platffom with such kind of works to an end. Please read on tha attachement the pending works that have to complete for the current platform.
